During the 1st 60 days, we warranty against all primary and secondary components, without a deductible. After the 1st 60 days of purchase, we cover against all primary functions with a deductible of $129. Our limited warranty covers certain parts for 2 years from the date of purchase, for free: All major systems that are integral to your appliances primary functionality. Which includes, but not limited to: Cooling, Heating, Drying Washing, function selecting, Freezing, Cleaning and other primary functions. Secondary functions are not covered by Smith's (after the 1st 60 days of purchase.) These May include, but are not limited to: Ice making and dispensing, Water heating, cooling and dispensing, Self-cleaning functions, steam cleaning functions, steam functions in laundry appliances, organizing, and other secondary functions. We will not warranty against any parts that can be broken by the consumer or present at the time of sale, either intentional or accidental. These items include but are not limited to: Shelving, racking, door glass, hinges, external or internal physical damage (either present or not at the time of purchase), insulation, external piping or hoses, internal lighting, door switches, external solenoids, switches, displays, selectors, buttons, knobs or anything not included in the primary function of your appliance. We do not cover refrigerant, if needed in your repair. All warranties are repair OR replace. ALL APPROVED RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO 20% RESTOCKING FEE! We may at our discretion, choose to repair or replace your product in the off chance that is is defective upon delivery (DOD) or refund your purchase if a SIMILAR or the same appliance is not available. Units may show signs of USE or DAMAGE, but are guaranteed to work as expected, however we will not repair, replace or provide any grates, hoses, caps, HANDLES, coils or knobs or fix any physical damage. (unless it causes functionality issues) feet/mounting systems, insulation, smart, wifi, or alexa functions or components if they are defective upon delivery. UNITS ARE SOLD AS THEY SIT UNLESS DESCRIBED IN WRITING. By purchasing you agree that you have inspected for all physical damage and accept the condition of the unit as it sits. By purchasing, you agree that you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. ** Misuse or neglect will void all warranties. 220v plugs, hoses and gas lines/fittings NOT included, we cannot provide a plug, hoses or piping after the sale. ** We recommend measuring all dimensions prior to purchase. 20% restocking fee applies to this situation as well.
