Warranties and Promises
About our warranty
Every MAJOR appliance comes standard with a FREE 2 year limited warranty provided by Smith's Wholesale Appliance.
All warranty repairs are provided and authorized by Smith's Wholesale Appliance, outsourced to a brand qualified tech, using oem parts.
During the 1st 60 days after purchase, we warranty against all primary and secondary components, without a deductible.
After the 1st 60 days of purchase, we cover against all primary functions with a deductible of $129.
Our FREE limited warranty covers certain parts for 2 years from the date of purchase, for free: All major systems that are integral to your appliances primary functionality. Which includes, and is limited to:
Refrigerators - Cooling systems, control boards, blend doors & actuators, motors, compressors, condensers, fans, relays - caused by material defect or a defect in workmanship.
Washers- Motors, transmissions, water valves and diverters, pumps, relays, actuators, control board, dial selectors, buttons - caused by material defect or a defect in workmanship.
Dryers- Motors, transmissions, relays, actuators, heating elements, gas valves, ignitors, dial selectors, buttons - caused by material defect or a defect in workmanship.
Dishwashers- Control panels, buttons, pumps, relays, actuators, valves - caused by material defect or a defect in workmanship.
Ranges- Control Panels, buttons, dial selectors, ignitors, heating elements, valves, fans, relays - caused by material defect or a defect in workmanship.
Specialty appliances- Buttons, control boards, fans, relays, condensers, compressors, heating elements - caused by material defect or a defect in workmanship.
Microwaves- (60 days warranty only) - Motors, control boards, magnetrons - caused by material defect or a defect in workmanship.
Warranty repair requests must be submitted to Smith's. Any repairs not authorized or processed by Smith's will not be reimbursed unless expressed in writing.
Secondary functions are not covered by Smith's (after the 1st 60 days of purchase.) These May include, but are not limited to: Ice making and dispensing, Water heating, cooling and dispensing, self-cleaning functions, steam functions, organizing, smart functions, special functions and other secondary functions.
Wear and tear parts are NOT covered - these include but are not limited to
Rollers, bearings, wheels, drawers, shelving, racking, belts, counter balances, springs, leveling systems, door switches, lighting and other items we consider wear and tear.
Intentional or accidental damage, or damage present at the time of sale is NOT covered.
Missing shelves, grates, burners, caps, handles, trim, or any other parts will not be provided after the sale is complete, as our pricing reflects this.
We do not cover refrigerant, if needed in your repair.
All warranties are repair OR replace. No refunds.
We may at our discretion, choose to repair or replace your product in the RARE chance that is is defective upon delivery (DOD). If your item cannot be repaired in a timely manner we may offer a loaner appliance or refund your purchase if a SIMILAR or the same appliance is not available to replace it with.
We cannot control the speed in which a repair company operates. Once a repair order is initiated, we cannot refund or replace your product.
ALL REPAIR ORDERS INITIATED AFTER 60 DAYS CARRY A $129 DEDUCTIBLE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
