What is the difference in "Quality"

Scratch & Dent:

An appliance that has some sort of physical damage or defect. It could be a scratch, dent, scuff, blemish, discoloration, or damaged hardware. There are no functionality issues present.

Open Box:

These units are generally brand new, but we have removed them from the packaging. That does not mean they are free from damage however, as removing the packaging exposes them to damage. 


These appliances show SLIGHT signs of use. This is due to our suppliers return policies allowing their customers to return their appliance for any reason. Generally, these have been in use for less than 48 hours, but no more than 72 hours. We inspect, clean test and sanitize these appliance before they are allowed to be sold. These appliances are generally in near-blemish-free condition. These appliances are just as reliable and dependable as a Scratch & Dent or Open Box appliance.

We warranty all qualities with our Industry-leading 2 year parts and labor limited warranty.

Can I return my appliance?

Sometimes. We do accept returns on a case by case basis, however once your appliance is installed in your home, we will not accept a return or issue a refund. If your appliance has not left the store, we may be able to issue a refund with a 20% restocking fee. In the RARE case that your appliance is defective upon delivery (DOD) or develops an issue after installation, we reserve the right to choose to have the appliance repaired or replaced with the same or substantially similar appliance, free of charge, so long it is a covered repair ( please see our warranty guide ) or issue a refund without a restocking fee. This decision is exclusively ours and will try to come to a solution in satisfactory amount of time, however we cannot control the speed and availability of the repair companies we contract with, so please be patient.
